Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Bpost.

BELGIUM:

We deliver only in BELGIUM for the moment our wine, cava, spumante & champagne collection. However if you are based in The Netherlands or Luxembourg and you want to purchase from our wine, we can do this but please contact us HERE first

Standard transport fee is 7,95€

If you order from our Wine Collection the basic transport fee is 8,75€. The wine is shipped in special carton boxes with double walls for better protection in 1, 2, 3 or 6 bottles packs. For every additional bottle you order up to 6 bottles, 0,75€ is added to the transport fee. For every additional bottle, a fixed transport fee of 12€ is applied.

For example, ordering 6 bottles will cost you 12,50€ in transport fees, ordering between 7 to 12 bottles will cost you 24,50€ in transport fees.

Order for more than 100€ and the goods will be delivered to you for free or you can select a pickup from our office, then NO transport fees will be applied to your order.

A fix special packing fee of 6€ is applied to every order containing bottle(s).

The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany:

Standard transport fee is 9,95€
Order for more than 120€ and the goods will be delivered to you for free!

France

Standard transport fee is 11,50€
Order for more than 120€ and the goods will be delivered to you for free!

Other EU Countries
Standard transport fee is 30€
Order for more than 250€ and the goods will be delivered to you for free!

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
