Return Exchange and Refund Policy

We separate our returning policy in 2(two) chapters depending of the nature of the products you purchased from us – Wine products (bottles) and all other products

Bottles

Returns

We make returning purchased of our different wines as easy as possible. As far as reasonably possible, you can return items under some conditions, which we enumerate as follows:

-The bottles are unopened

-The bottles have attached labels and stickers

-The bottles are in their original packaging

If the bottle(s) meet above-mentioned conditions, then you can return your purchase. In case of an incorrect delivery, the return costs are for us and you can return the bottle(s) free of charge. In all other cases, the costs are borne by the customer/buyer. The additional risk for the shipment is also for the customer/buyer. Balmidor is not liable/responsible for any damaged or lost items.

If you like to return a bottle(s), first please contact us per email to service@balmidor.be. We can then process the return faster.  Please put the following information in your mail:

-The order number

-The reason of your return

-A photo of the product in case of damage or error

For faster processing, please print and insert/put the mail you sent to us into the return package. We will do our best to refund the purchased price to your account as quickly as possible after receiving the package (Normally within 7 days)

If you have any questions about returning your purchase please contact us per mail to service@balmidor.be.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 20 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided that the packing is not broken. When is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to our address are for your own account. These costs are approximately 11€ per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us at service@balmidor.be. We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back by us in good order.”

Complaints

It can always happen that something has gone wrong. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending us an email to service@balmidor.be. We try always to reply quickly to all emails, but please allow us some time, normally we expect to be able to reply within 24hours. We will try always to find a solution.

All other goods

Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@balmidor.be and send your item to: BALMIDOR, Heislagsebaan 54, 2930 BRASSCHAAT

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to: BALMIDOR, Heislagsebaan 54, 2930 BRASSCHAAT

If you return your product within our return policy period, the return is free of charge, if not you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
